We are looking for a proactive and organised
International Sales Advisor
to join our team. You will support our Export Sales and International Sales Managers by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating international shipments.
What you'll bring:
Excellent communication skills
PC literacy (Word, Excel, email)
Experience with supply chain systems
Knowledge of export documentation
A European language is an advantage but not essential
What you'll do:
Handle international customer enquiries
Process and progress orders
Coordinate shipping and prepare export documents
Support sales managers and assist with product recommendations
Manage customer complaints and credits
