Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will need to work effectively to build brand awareness and grow sales by maintaining strong partnerships with our key distribution partners and securing new strategic growth partners internationally. You will hold a strategically important position within TTS by delivering substantial sales revenue and contributing to our long-term growth plans.

You will be confident in strategically growing large partner accounts and pro-actively seeking new opportunities for growth within your designated territory. The ability to influence at all levels is integral, as you will hold meetings with a varied audience, including but not limited to Ministries of Education, CEOs, Universities, Product Developers, Procurement, Marketing, Finance. You will have control of your own revenue and margin targets and must be comfortable to propose and analyse commercials.

We are looking for a self-starter, with strong business acumen, and the ability to be creative when seeking to identify and target new business opportunities. The person should have a passion for winning and an enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibilities

Define and execute a go-to-market strategy that secures profitable and sustainable growth in existing global territories whilst opening new markets of interest Identifying key prospects and partnerships in your agreed territory, regularly reporting on activity to ensure sales are delivered in line with targets Build strong partnerships with key accounts, as well as influential bodies in country to drive adoption of aligned product proposition Maintain high levels of insight as to market development, particularly focussing on governmental strategy and funding opportunities aligned to education Pro-actively work with in country partners, as well as desk top research, to realise funding and tender opportunities Build strong global relationships with educational stakeholders to identify and secure mid-term and near-term growth opportunities Design joint marketing and promotion opportunities based on country need. Create, propose, and manage customer marketing timelines; identifying opportunities to maximise sales Negotiate channel agreements, incentives and targets Submit monthly order intake forecasts to reflect customer feedback and market insight; driving customer performance to hit revenue targets Create rolling forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities Use CRM tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, client activities, information and conversations Represent TTS at international education conferences, fairs and exhibitions Communicate effectively with cross functional teams, supporting the changing needs of the business, always championing the customer.

Experience:
International experience - B2B & B2G General understanding of international trading Proven results in delivering international growth strategies Understanding and experience of solution-based selling Strong financial and commercial experience Outstanding interpersonal skills - able to influence a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational and workload management skills Ability to work in a high-pressure sales environment against KPIs Full ownership of area and targets Highly organised with a strong bias to analytical decision making. Proficient in Microsoft Office Understanding of international education market - desirable Multi-lingual - Italian & Spanish of particular interest A full UK driver's license and valid passport
