Blue Sky Studios are a leading supplier of licensed gifts and back to school products, working with some of the world's biggest brands across TV, Film, Pop Culture and more. From seasonal gifting to everyday essentials, we create exciting, trend led products for major retailers across the UK and distributed internationally through an established network of trusted partners

We are now seeking a proactive and experienced International Sales Manager to grow our distribution network across Europe, supporting our continued global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with existing European distribution partners Strong understanding of European retail markets, with a proven ability to grow business through both existing and new retail partners Identify and onboard new distributors in target regional markets Deliver annual sales targets and strategic growth plans Collaborate with internal teams on product selection, forecasting, and market specific needs Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and international sales trips as required Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance across territories Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management

What We are Looking For:

Proven experience in international sales, ideally within consumer goods, stationery, gifting, or licensed products Experience in managing European territories and distributor relationships Strong cross cultural communication and negotiation skills Commercially aware with a strategic, growth focused mindset Willingness to travel internationally as required Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus Full UK driving licence
