About the Role




As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our global IT operations, providing hands-on support to end users and continuously improving our digital tools and processes. You'll engage with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to the development of our tech landscape, and help shape the future of user experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Provide first-line support for software and hardware issues across international sites. Respond to service tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with the Helpdesk Team to improve KPIs and service delivery. Assist in optimising software and hardware efficiency. Deliver out-of-hours support as required. Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations. Support training initiatives for new digital solutions. Contribute to the administration and development of digital applications. Maintain accurate documentation and training materials. Drive collaboration with the global IT team to enhance user experience. Continuously develop your technical knowledge through online learning and other resources.

What You'll Bring



Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology. Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage incidents, changes, and projects effectively. Experience in application administration and process improvement. Commitment to customer service and user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience




Suitable candidates will ideally have proven experience in stakeholder engagement and IT support as well as general IT/Technology certifications. Other desirable competencies and experience include:

Project and time management. Incident and change management. Document creation and training delivery. Application administration and digital housekeeping.
