What we can offer you:



Salary:

The base salary is 65,000 with potential bonus earnings up to 10%, generous annual leave allowance plus other benefits.

Location:

This role offers flexibility and can be a hybrid role, anticipated at least 2 days a week in the office near Victoria Station.

Permanent:

Full-time position reporting to the International Tax Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:




This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of international tax, with a strong focus on Transfer Pricing and Tax Reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:

Transfer Pricing (TP) Compliance & Advisory:

Supporting the Manager in delivering Group TP compliance across our global footprint of over 90 countries. This involves preparing the Master File, helping local businesses with Local Files, reviewing policies and updating documentation, and providing operational transfer pricing support for global transactions. You'll also be a key partner, providing ad hoc TP advice to our local businesses.

Tax Reporting & Forecasting:

Assisting with existing tax reporting processes and helping to implement revisions. This includes supporting the preparation of tax disclosures for quarterly and annual reporting. You'll also help with cash flow forecasts and budgets, reviewing and correcting tax payment figures from non-North American businesses, and calculating estimated Effective Tax Rates (ETRs).

Tax Review & Control:

Monthly review of tax payments from non-North American businesses, obtaining explanations for any budget variations. You'll also provide supporting documentation to auditors and deal with their queries.

Project Work:

Supporting the International Tax team with a variety of

ad hoc projects

, such as advising on Withholding Tax (WHT), Permanent Establishment (PE), controversy, and BEPS 2.0.

Travel:

Willingness to undertake a limited amount of overseas travel is required.

The ideal candidate will be an ACA/ACCA qualified professional with an appreciation of the tax issues facing Multinational Companies (MNCs). We value a demonstrable commitment to maintaining and developing your technical tax knowledge which will be actively supported and mentored by the Manager.
