The role:
Take charge of our digital forecourt - capturing, curating and managing our vehicle listings to maximise online visibility and drive customer enquiries.
As Internet Specialist, you will be responsible for the online presentation of our stock, ensuring every vehicle is accurately photographed, professionally described, and promptly listed on our platforms. This role is key to supporting the sales team by creating a strong first impression for every potential customer who browses online.
You'll need a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing digital stock. Whether it's photographing newly arrived cars, updating vehicle specs, or ensuring listings meet quality standards, you'll play a vital role in our customers' online experience and buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Photograph all retail vehicles to a high standard.
Ensure 90%+ of available stock is accurately listed with images on our website
Input full vehicle specifications and listing details into the internal system
Use daily stock reports to identify and action new arrivals
Process and list dealer auction vehicles; manage representative interactions
Send standardised follow-up emails to Car Wow enquiries
Uphold company standards and comply with Health & Safety policies
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience with photography of vehicles
A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Confident in learning to use software to upload and maintain the vehicle images on our website
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and management teams.
Full UK driving licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years
