Overall Purpose of the Role:
As an Analyst, you will contribute to our Coverage & Advisory services for UK Insurance Companies and Pension Schemes. Our client-centric strategy is designed to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Support senior bankers in expanding the UK Insurance & Pension Scheme franchise at Natixis.
Assist in the preparation and research for client meetings and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with product partners to onboard new clients.
Conduct marketing pitch preparation and research.
Perform financial modelling and credit analysis related to finance transactions.
Gather and analyse financial data, report variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including the prevention of financial crime and fraud.

Profil et competences requises

Job Skills Required:
Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent qualifications.
Strong interest in financial markets, preferably with prior banking internships.
Interest in insurance is highly desirable.
Hardworking, self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential for interacting with our UK client base.
