You and Your Team:

As a Introducer Oversight Manager, you will educate and influence Vehicle Finance leadership, management and Introducer networks on key regulatory developments and risk exposure.

You will aim to reduce risk exposure and improve customer outcomes through risk assurance and setting management actions, Influencing key decisions on Introducer selection.

Reporting into the Senior Governance Manager and FLOD, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and business change is implemented efficiently and effectively.

In your day-to-day role, as a Introducer Oversight Manager you will:

  • Lead on FLOD Risk Assessment, control design and adherence to Introducer framework.
  • Act as a delegate for the Senior Governance Manager.
  • Be the source of key internal and external information in order to lead on emerging external and internal risks, through research and attendance at key industry meetings.
  • Lead on 1st line risk assessment and requirements for regulatory projects.
  • Conduct Introducer assurance that will include pre and post contractual due diligence and both thematic and targeted risk reviews. Key topics will include but not limited to: 2LOD, Customer outcomes, Vulnerability, Commission, AR\'s, Complaints Handling, invoicing, risk events, regulatory compliance and adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Design and implementation of the Introducer assurance plan.
  • Manage a stakeholder network across 2LOD effectively, to deliver results in a collaborative way, whilst maintaining the integrity of the overall function.
  • Manage a Team of 2/3 direct reports.
  • Be accountable for ensuring the Introducer Assurance/ FLOD Team deliver the plan in line with the expected quality and timescales.
Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:
  • Experience within a regulatory role, preferably within motor finance / credit broking
  • In depth experience in outsourcing assurance and oversight/auditing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Excellent at assessing large volumes of information and presenting key points concisely.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Proven track record in risk assessment and impactful influencing.
  • Experience in regulatory and industry engagement and participation on working groups.
