Inventory Clerks needed who can cover jobs in the following areas:

Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Whitchurch, Telford, Bridgenorth, Ludlow, Montomery

Self employed part-time

This role will suit people looking to supplement their income by working flexibly from home and on-site at properties throughout the area above. You will need to drive to appointments in your own car, carry them out on an iPhone or Android using our app and then complete work at home on your PC or laptop within specified time schedules Preference given to applicants with inventory or property industry experience Typical earnings 500 to 1200 per month

THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME JOB

You need a keen eye for detail You need to be able to work quickly and accurately to deliver a variety of report types such as inventories, check outs and property inspections You need to be able to manage your time and be 100% reliable You need to be good with people and professional in your approach as this role involves dealing with tenants moving into homes and letting agents who are long-standing customers You will be offered full training in the use of our Kaptur software and app. Contractual hours are very flexible and you will be paid by the jobs completed with bigger, more complex jobs paying more - simple jobs might pay 15-25 but more complex ones 50-75. So six simple jobs in a day might earn you 150 or two complicated ones the same amount. You will need to provide your own recent iPhone/Android and be comfortable using apps to complete work and be prepared to learn to use our Kaptur Software You need to be able to listen to instructions and advice on improving your reporting skill/ability
Main Job Purpose: To carry out inventories and check out reports on behalf of our letting agent customers and produce documents within agreed time-scales and service standards. Reports are completed on a tablet using our own software and report templates. You will need an internet connection at home and a PC to download jobs and upload them for typing. You will then check and finalise them once typing is done. You will be joining a local team with established customers who are local letting agents and landlords. We also have national account work for large letting agents and companies.

Key Duties, responsibilities and requirements:

To collect and return property keys to and from the letting agents To meet tenants or agents at properties at agreed times To carry out inventories and check out reports to agreed timescales and standards To compile reports using our software and app ensuring that all are accurate and complete To deliver work of high quality with maximum attention to detail Educated to a GCSE standard (or equivalent) with A-C pass in English and maths You will have a full driving licence and a car You will be willing to travel across the areas listed You will have excellent and clear communications skills in English both written and spoken You will have excellent attention to detail and observation skills Be able to work to strict deadlines Have sound good ability to use mobile devices, apps, software and be willing to learn Have a "can do" attitude with excellent problem solving ability Be diplomatic when dealing with people Experience of the lettings industry or past work as an inventory clerk is very useful but for exceptional candidates we will consider training from scratch
The opportunity:

With renting rather than buying a home becoming the norm, there is an increasing demand for inventory and other report based services for letting agents and landlords. No Letting Go has 90 offices across the UK and we work exclusively for letting agents, developers and landlords to deliver all kinds of report based services needed when tenants move in and move out of a property. You would be working for the Chester & Wrexham Branch of No Letting Go but based/working from home and out on the road. Our territory stretches from North Wales to Shropshire. We are particularly looking for someone based in/around Shrewsbury.

The Money:

You are paid a set rate per job. Whilst training we will pay fuel & parking costs until you are up and running. You will be self employed. Immediate start for the right person, we are interviewing now.
