Warehouse First Line Manager

, to join our VMO2 contract at our busy shared user site in

Wellingborough

This is a full-time, permanent, position working on

nights

,

Sunday - Thursday between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

35,000

per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Allocate resource to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Review available resource vs workloads and plan, calling out any potential risks Review and interpret information on reports/trackers and redeploy resource to meet the inventory/operational needs To ensure that cycle counts are completed within the given timeframe To ensure that route cause analysis is conducted on required adjustments To ensure the departments accuracy of any stock changes or amendments such as adjustments/status changes/sku modifications

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse Experience with using warehouse management systems Experience in inventory/stock control Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily
