Inventory Planner

to join our Procurement team. In this role you'll be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place, while helping to reduce excess and obsolete stock. Key Responsibilities:



Create and maintain accurate inventory plans using sales forecasts, historical data and market trends. Monitor inventory across multiple locations and recommend actions to maintain optimal stock levels. Place purchase orders with clear details on pricing, quantities and delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, merchandising and logistics teams. Generate and analyse inventory KPIs such as stock turnover, fill rate, stock-outs and ageing stock. Investigate and resolve inventory issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain item master data, ensuring accuracy of lead times, reorder points and safety stock levels. Support product launches and end-of-life transitions with aligned inventory planning. Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply chain disruptions. Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes as required.

What We're Looking For:



Experienced in inventory planning, supply chain, or demand planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc) and forecasting tools. Understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain best practices.

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
