Job Description
The Inventory & Planning Analyst will oversee inventory control and support production planning . This role is based on the Isle of Wight and requires a detail-oriented professional to manage inventory data and ensure operational efficiency.
As the Inventory & Planning Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to support production schedules.
- Analyse inventory data and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align inventory with operational requirements.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and optimise inventory turnover.
- Assist in planning production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in inventory management.
- Address discrepancies in inventory records and resolve issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory and planning processes.
