We are a fast-moving, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm investing in variety of asset classes spanning private rental units, and planning-gain development, and residential ground rent opportunities. We are actively growing our acquisition pipeline and are seeking a graduate analyst looking to join a company where they can impact investment decisions and strategy and where they be involved in the full acquisition process beyond initial modelling.

This position reports directly into and has the benefit of support and guidance of the company Managing Director who will assist on key decision making and strategy that directly affects the profitability of the company.

The Analyst role presents a rare opportunity for an analytical and organised problem-solver with excellent communication skills to have a critical role within an exciting real estate investment firm, gaining immediate exposure to diverse property transactions and all areas of a successful, developing business.

Responsibilities Include:



- Conduct all financial modelling on acquisitions and debt structuring.

- Work on the analysis and strategy for all new acquisitions to the company directly with the company MD.

- Maintain, improve, and develop all company analysis models.

- Provide input into due diligence of any acquisitions where required.

- Review and summarise transactional documents, verify accuracy in line with expected terms.

- Liaise with brokers and lenders to obtain finance terms.

- Liaise with surveyors to provide comparable evidence for the subject properties.

- Ad-hoc analysis projects based primarily in excel.

- Contribute to acquisition process in ensuring accuracy of funding and investment metrics in line with initial analysis.

Required Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:



- Strong financial modelling skills

- Understanding of debt modelling

- Meticulous attention to detail/accuracy with numbers

- Good understanding of financial structures

- Ability to communicate complex, abstract messages in a simple, clear manner.

- Tenacious attitude towards understand all details and nuances of a matter

- Able to collaborate with managers in creating effective presentations.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

- Analytical mind

- Committed, results-oriented team player, keen to work in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment
