\xe2\x80\x8bThe Green Recruitment Company is working with a boutique investment bank to support their team at Associate level. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy or other real assets, project finance, investments, or project valuation, with an independent power producer (IPP) or renewable energy developer, investment bank, investment fund, or valuation consultant.

The Role:

Perform financial modeling or analysis, support all aspects of the deal lifecycle including due diligence activities, origination, acquisition, and financing.

Actively work on tax equity and debt project financing, performing modeling, assisting in financier due diligence, and transaction management.

Manage the transaction process (project valuation, negotiating, structuring, deal execution).

Prepare presentations for senior leadership.

The Individual:

Bachelor\'s Degree in finance, business, economics, or other relevant field of study.

2-3 years\' relevant work experience (investment, finance, or valuation experience) within renewable energy, power, or other real asset industries (infrastructure, real estate, transportation, etc.)

Strong financial modeling skills required.

Ability to accurately communicate results of financial modeling in a concise and clear manner.

Passionate about renewable/clean energy with an interest in exploring U.S. power markets, along with wind, solar, and energy storage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop clear and effective presentation materials.
