About Us
Role Overview
As the Property Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned maintenance and compliance works in our client's homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for capital and compliance-related works.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of projects, from procurement to contractor oversight.
  • Ensuring that all works meet current legislation and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on fire safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review policies for effective project delivery.
  • Support the development of the Resident Experience Strategy.
  • Create specifications for maintenance programmes, ensuring value for money.
  • Oversee component replacement works, including kitchens and heating systems.
  • Conduct pre and post-inspections, diagnosing building defects promptly.
  • Contribute to stock condition surveys and maintain robust data.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure expenditure management aligns with organizational policies.

  • Relevant professional qualification (HNC/HND in Building Surveying, Construction, or equivalent).

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
