Due to continual growth, we are looking to recruit an individual for this exciting multi-faceted role.
The position will involve working closely with the installation department, where the successful candidate will be required periodically to digitally survey worktops, bathroom fitouts and other items to be dressed in stone. Full training will be given on this device.
Another aspects of the role will involve assisting the installation teams on various residential and commercial projects.
Health and safety is of primary importance and you will expected to ensure that all operations are carried out in line with our procedures.
A keen eye for detail will be essential for this role and therefore, you will be expected to liaise with the customer or project manager to ensure phasing and programmes are met and that smooth and efficient progression is maintained to completion.
The role will also involve inspections of completed projects in an aftersales capacity. You will liaise with customers, dealing with any issues that may arise and carrying out repairs and maintenance, as appropriate. Detailed reports will be required in line with the companies continuous strive for improvement and to assist the accounts department with costings for additional work.
The successful candidate will require an excellent eye for detail, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A background in the kitchen or joinery industry would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for all aspects of the job.
This is a very flexible role, which will evolve and change in line with the companies continued growth.
The successful candidate will be expected to use their own initiative, working both individually and as part of a larger team as the role dictates.
The role will involve traveling across the island, north and south and therefore a full and current driving licence is essential.
A company vehicle and phone will be provided.
This role comes with a competitive salary based on experience.
