About Steadrock
Steadrock Capital is a London multi-family office focused on real estate private equity and direct investments. We are currently delivering the development of 10 Queen's Gate Place, SW7 (Grade II Listed), a multi-million regeneration project involving planning consultants, heritage specialists, architects, and lenders.
We operate as a lean, high-performance team, combining economics, quantitative analysis, AI-driven infrastructure, and private equity execution.
This role is one of the four central business functions.
Position Summary
The Associate will be responsible for investor-facing communication, capital raising support, investment materials, and deal execution support.
The position requires exceptional written English, consistent organisation, and composure when dealing with high-level investors.
This is a front-office role with direct exposure to UHNW investors, family offices, lenders, planning consultants, and the internal Steadrock team.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations (40%)
Maintain the investor CRM (pipeline, follow-ups, meeting notes, next actions)
Prepare investor update emails, progress notes, and deal summaries
Support capital raising: scheduling, preparing talking points, coordinating materials
Participate in investor calls and produce clean follow-up summaries
Manage information flow with UHNW and family office investors
Ensure confidentiality and precision in all communication
Output expectation: Weekly investor update pack, accurate CRM, zero communication errors.
Investment Materials & Documentation (35%)
Produce investment memorandums, pitch decks, and project updates
Create investor-friendly summaries of planning, architectural, and cost documents
Extract and condense complex information into 1-2 page materials
Write, edit, and format documents with clarity and executive structure
Maintain a consistent house style and document standard
Output expectation:
Clean, professional documents with concise logic and consistent formatting.
Deal Execution Support (15%)
Assist with the coordination of legal, planning, and banking documentation
Track key milestones (planning submissions, lender steps, consultant deliverables)
Assist in preparing materials for lenders (financial summaries, project status, Q&A)
Support the founder during negotiations by preparing briefing notes
Output expectation:
Accurate timelines, zero missed details, smooth communication with consultants.
Research & Analysis (10%)
Prepare MI: market comps, pricing summaries, rental studies
Assist with economic or project analysis
Prepare short analytical summaries for internal decision-making
Monitor SW7 and prime London real estate market intelligence
Output expectation:
Fast turnaround of structured, sourced research outputs.
