New Homes and Investor Relations Manager

to spearhead growth across London's new developments within the lettings market.



This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially astute, relationship driven professional to take ownership of one of the most exciting and fast growing areas of the business, bridging the gap between developers, investors, and our front office lettings teams.



As a

New Homes and Investor Relations Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in driving stock acquisition from major developers while nurturing relationships with both institutional and private investors. Your goal: to position our lettings division as the go to partner for maximising returns, minimising voids, and ensuring seamless asset performance across London's most desirable postcodes.



You will combine market intelligence, strategic insight, and exceptional stakeholder engagement to deliver tailored lettings strategies for every client from largescale developers launching new schemes to investors expanding their portfolios.



This is a unique opportunity to shape a key growth channel for the business and work at the intersection of property development, investment strategy, and lettings excellence.




Key Responsibilities:




Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers and front offices. Sourcing and securing property instructions across central London and surrounding areas. Conducting meticulous property valuations and providing strategic market advice to prospects. Qualifying and managing developers and investors, understanding their unique needs and aspirations. Orchestrating and expertly navigating complex negotiations to achieve optimal results for all parties involved. Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and administration, to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience. Staying abreast of market trends, economic factors, and competitor activity within the super prime sector. Representing the company with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

It would be advantageous if candidates possess:




A substantial and demonstrable track record of success in negotiating property transactions within the London market. An established network of developers and investors and relevant professional contacts. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels. In-depth knowledge of the prime central London property market and its nuances. A proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented approach. Impeccable presentation and a strong professional demeanour. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with high-profile clients. Entrepreneur mindset
