Job Description

We are delighted to be working with a leading global financial services firm that's seeking an Investor Services Associate (Tax Data) to join their growing division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated professional with experience in fund administration or investor services who's looking to take the next step in a structured, international environment. You'll join a collaborative team responsible for supporting hedge funds, fund of funds, and private equity clients -- managing investor data, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

Support the Assistant Manager in servicing a portfolio of complex fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of investor reporting. Respond to investor and portfolio manager queries related to onboarding, FATCA, CRS, and other tax compliance matters. Review and maintain investor documentation, including KYC, AML, and tax forms (W-8/W-9). Ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, OFAC, AIFMD, and related regulations. Assist with preparation and submission of investor data for IRS and global tax reporting (e.g., 1042/1042-S, 1099, K-1). Process capital transactions -- subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers -- and maintain accurate member registers. Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to reconcile capital activity and cash flows. Contribute to workflow automation and process improvement initiatives within the Investor Services function.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or financial operations. Working knowledge of FATCA, CRS, AEOI, and U.S. tax documentation (W-8/W-9). Familiarity with AML/KYC standards and investor onboarding processes. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Qlikview or fund administration systems (such as FM3) is a plus. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
