Supervise students in examinations to ensure that they follow the rules and regulations of each exam.
Prepare exam rooms before students arrive and collect scripts securely at the end.
Follow instructions from the Exams Officer to ensure the smooth running of each exam session.
Respond appropriately to queries raised by students during the exam.
Help maintain a calm, supportive and fair environment for all candidates.
Work as part of a team to uphold the highest standards of integrity during assessments.
Essential
A high standard of literacy and numeracy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliability, punctuality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures.
Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work at different times during exam periods
Desirable
Previous experience working in a school or exam environment.
Experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
