JOB SUMMARY




Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for an Invoice Specialist in our Cannock, Tunbridge Wells, or Edinburgh office or remote. Reporting to the Functional Work Centre Manager, Invoice & Data, you will be responsible for obtaining, chasing, and loading invoices across multiple platforms and clients. This role is an integral, customer facing, collaborative, results oriented position where you will be provided with training opportunities and given a real chance to impact the operations of the organization. You will become the key contributor to the initial loading Service Level Agreements (SLA). The key activities are to ensure that the invoices are entered into the system in adherence to our client specific requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES



Identification and gathering of missing Invoices as assigned

o Download vendor billing data from billing portals as required o Preparation of client's telecom invoices for loading

Daily accurate loading of received invoices meeting SLA requirements for each customer Load invoices both manually and through electronic loading process following establish format and customer specific business rules

o Validate accuracy of invoice data entered; invoice date, vendor remit, expense/charges, invoice amount and accounting distributions, note invoice for variances and validation completed o Interact with internal staff and vendor to resolve billing issues

Manage escalations to Invoice Analyst or Sr. Invoice Analyst for issues to be addressed with customer

o Update client Billing Address with Vendors as needed o Where integration does not existing, maintain the appropriate adjacent application for data integrity and accuracy

Monitor all open helpdesk tickets for assigned customer(s) and escalate to SOM as necessary Maintain the highest quality customer service and promote a positive attitude


EXPERIENCE



1+ year prior work experience in customer service A combination of work experience and education may be considered

SKILLS



Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data entry systems Strong troubleshooting abilities for both systems and networking Knowledge of log file output, which includes, understanding and analysing end user issues
