Job Description

Pellows are looking for an invoicing assistant to join their team with an immediate start. The position is full time at 45 hours per week. Pellows are looking for someone to work with another member of staff to complete invoices for our customers.

Pellows is a family run business, who have been running for over 60 years. We started out as one man and one lorry and now have over 35 employees with 30+ vehicles. Our vehicles rang from jetter vans to artic tankers/tippers with loads in between.

The right candidate will be responsible for creating invoices, filing associated paperwork and updating customers records. They will also be expected to assist the sales team and answer any calls if no one else is available. You will also be required to cover the emergency mobile 1 in every 6 weeks.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential in this position along with basic computer knowledge. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, has a good telephone manor, is good problem solver and organised. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
