Role Title: IoT Global Expansion Manager - Europe
Location: London, Paddington

Role Purpose...
- To develop relationships and manage partnerships with named Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in Europe to enable the expansion and growth of Vodafone IoT. Coordinate peer to peer relationships between Partner and Vodafone
- To drive new business with a focus on IoT by building strong alliances, joint customer engagement and propositions which will deliver additional revenue for Vodafone and partner MNOs
- To enable partner operators to resell the Vodafone IoT proposition, centred around the Vodafone IoT platform and the Vodafone Global SIM or the Partner IoT managed connectivity proposition

With us you will...
- Sell Vodafone IOT value proposition and platform to selected partners
- Lead the internal senior stakeholder management across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, Service & Support, Regulatory & External Affairs and Partner Markets and be a central escalation point internally and externally with partners
- Develop the IoT expansion strategy of the IoT Global Expansion programme and the Vodafone IoT propositions offered to partner MNOs
- Develop close strategic partnerships with, e.g. named accounts
- Drive Opportunity Management of Vodafone customers that want to deploy IoT services into countries with challenging legal, regulatory environments & are off-footprint for Vodafone
- Develop & implement Commercial and Operating Models and ensure subsequent revenue growth

It would be nice if you have...
- Experience with leading international, cross-functional teams in a B2B environment
- Strong history of successful sales of complex solutions (hardware, software, services) to telecommunication operators, e.g. in wholesale or carrier sales.
- Ability to prioritize and optimize, balancing strategic objectives and tactical goals in order to achieve targets
- Contract negotiations in complex environments and high-value deals with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests
