Responsibilities



Conduct individual or group therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans Develop personalised therapeutic programmes to support clients' mental health objectives Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with organisational policies Monitor client progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary Provide guidance and support to clients dealing with emotional, behavioural, or psychological challenges Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times Stay informed about the latest developments in therapeutic practices through ongoing training and development

Skills



Proven experience in delivering effective therapy or counselling services Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches suitable for diverse client needs Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain detailed records Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Experience or familiarity with makeup application is considered a bonus but is not essential Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy at all times

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 12.90-20.00 per hour
