Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team as a Service Administrator/Data Support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful service that supports people with mental health needs into employment.



You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the IPS service, with a focus on data handling, audit, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about making a difference.

Provide administrative support including document production, stock ordering, and email monitoring.



Input and manage data on clinical systems and spreadsheets.



Support audits, service evaluations, and reporting to stakeholders.



Assist with the preparation of reports for the IPS Steering Group.



Maintain effective file management and office systems.



Communicate with clinicians and health professionals using e-technologies.



Contribute to service improvement and communication initiatives.



Support the development of Trust-approved communication materials.
