Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team here at BPM Property Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing rope access work at various heights and locations. Providing high standards of window cleaning services on various commercial building in and around London. This role requires an IRATA Level 1 or 2 candidate with a proficiency in using hand tools. Our team is customer focused and we ensure we provide high quality services to meet our client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct window cleaning rope access work at heights using appropriate safety techniques and equipment.
- Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations as required..
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Window Cleaning - Rope Access Technician.
- Valid Licence/Certification:
IRATA Certification (required)
Must have one years experience window cleaning (required)
Ability to work at heights with a strong focus on safety.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 190.00 per day
