Are you ready to take the next step in your IT career and become an Account Manager with Netitude? As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ultimately building trust between the client and Netitude. You'll act as an outsourced IT Manager, working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver key information systems and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify risks and present solutions that improve business efficiency and growth.
As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with a team of in-house solutions experts, attending quarterly business reviews and board level strategy meetings with client decision makers. You'll oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established internal processes and tool sets, and devise and establish information policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by your clients' senior management.
We're looking for IT professionals with advanced 2nd line or 3rd line technical experience who are ready to take the next step in their career with a customer-facing role, or someone with previous experience in a similar role.
