What is the role?



The role will be to grow new name customers while managing and supporting an existing portfolio of customer accounts, building mutually beneficial relationships whilst developing as well as growing revenues using the CT portfolio of services. This will involve working with the Service Management and Operational departments at CT to resolve issues, enabling the retention and growth of customer revenues and margins.

Location



There will be a mixture of working from our Leicester Office, home working, customer sites and visiting other UK wide branch offices.

Key responsibilities will include:



Managing a portfolio of customer accounts whilst developing positive relationships and providing exceptional service Growth and service of customer portfolio Achievement of revenue and margin growth targets including effective pipeline and forecast management Achievement of revenue & margin growth targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis Achieve appropriate targeted business mix as detailed in the commission plan Adherence to approved service and sales processes to ensure a consistent approach Ensure company CRM database(s) are continually updated with changes and additional information as soon as this becomes apparent Identify opportunities to grow business within client base Engage with customers with regular calls and face to face conversations Excellent communication with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests

You need to be:



A professional, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are organised, adaptable and calm under pressure with the ability to articulate IT solutions to customers using a consultative approach.

Knowledge and Experience:



A minimum or 3 years in the I.T industry A minimum of 3 years account management and/or business development experience Understand management of revenue and profit streams Excellent customer service skills Commercial awareness Ability to effectively utilise CRM tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of account and order management. Demonstrate ability to evaluate and balance individual workloads through effective time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively and multitask within in a busy office-based environment Understand the implications of customer complaints and basic handling under the supervision of relevant line manager Experience of Cold calling and other initiatives to generate new business opportunities Ability to speak with customers with a phone first attitude Understanding of how to manage meetings

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
