IT Analyst
Duration -12 Month Contract
Location - Belfast - 4.5 days on site
Day rate - 22 per hour
Must haves for the role:

• Infrastructure & Systems Support: Experience delivering IT services, maintaining hardware/software, and supporting networks.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve escalations and provide effective solutions to functional challenges.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Security standards, SOX compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with internal business partners and manage priorities across teams.
• Project Support: Experience assisting with system test plans and supporting project leaders.
• IT-related degree or equivalent experience: Formal education or proven hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Vendor Collaboration: Ability to work with supplier teams on reporting, metrics, and tool processes.
• Governance Participation: Comfortable contributing to update and governance meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with global teams: Exposure to multinational environments and cross-border collaboration.
• Change Management Acumen: Ability to support and guide teams through technical or organizational change.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant industry certifications.
• Experience in construction or industrial sectors: Familiarity with IT needs in heavy industry or infrastructure environments.
