The Role
The IT and Digital Business Partner is a senior subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on all elements of IT & Digital. You will manage relationships between the council's technical teams and its service departments, working strategically to deliver outcomes that meet business needs.
As a key senior point of contact, you will advise on technology, governance, and solutions to senior officers and Members. This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation function and reports to the Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation.
You will act as the main link between council services and IT & Digital, champion user-centred solutions, support delivery of the Digital Strategy, and ensure our teams deliver maximum value.
