IT Applications Manager - Principal Business Analyst

Rapiscan Systems, a division of OSI Systems, is a global leader in advanced detection solutions for cargo, vehicles and high-security environments. Our cutting-edge X-ray technologies help protect borders, ports, and critical infrastructure from threats like terrorism, smuggling, and fraud.

We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager with deep expertise in finance systems and business analysis, particularly D365 Finance & Operations, to lead enterprise-wide projects across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR. This high-impact role involves identifying process gaps, managing full-cycle implementations, and driving strategic system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise application projects from design to deployment Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals Support finance operations including month-end close and project accounting Develop ERP, CRM, and BI reports and dashboards Manage internal teams and third-party vendors Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across departments

Requirements:

Proven experience with D365/ERP systems Strong finance and project accounting knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills Degree or equivalent experience (finance background preferred)

Pay: 94,000.00-100,000.00 per year
