The IT Apprentice position reports to the Senior Manager IT End User Support & Services - EMEA Region and is part of the IT team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1st/2nd line support driving results towards shared KPIs. Configuration and issue resolution of hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobiles. Configuration and issue resolution of software including Office 365 and Windows 11. IT Procurement Onboarding/Offboarding Configuration of technical IT KB documents to support the global team and our customers.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Understanding of Microsoft OS's and Office 365 Driven to develop skills and experience Excellent problem solving A level IT required - IT degree preferred
