About the roleDay-to-Day Administration: Manage Hastings' IT asset database (hardware and software), ensuring all starters, leavers, and movers, replacements and their associated equipment are updated and maintained. Keep the inventory of hardware and software in use up to date and accurate. Ensure any email inboxes are kept up to date and customers are replied to in a timely manner.
Procurement and Maintenance: Administer IT hardware/software procurement,
support and maintenance renewals, invoicing, and collation of associated contracts ensuring governance is met and considering value vs quality. Liaising with Purchasing team, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance is in place for all orders.
Stock Management: Manage and control IT hardware assets, including taking and recording deliveries, auditing of stock, asset tagging, conducting regular stock checks, reporting any stock concerns or low stock, ordering with sufficient lead time, and assisting with hardware deployments.
License Monitoring: Monitor license usage, ensure compliance, and follow up with corrective actions as required.
