IT Asset Controller

About the Role:
As an IT Asset Controller, you'll play a key role in managing IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycles. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all stages of asset management, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Your Main Duties Will Include:

• Point of contact for all new starters and leavers
• Tracking and maintaining global IT asset records and inventories
• Monitoring software licences to ensure compliance and cost efficiency
• Processing asset requests and coordinating deliveries across offices
• Requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships
• Managing asset refreshes, disposals, and lifecycle reporting
• Supporting audits, compliance checks, and risk initiatives

Skills Required:

• Experience administering an ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow) and Asset Management Database
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong stock management and forecasting experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
