About the Role
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst with proven Oracle Flexcube expertise and a strong understanding of banking and treasury operations. This fixed-term contract offers the chance to contribute to high-impact projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Flexcube modules.
• Support system configuration, upgrades, and integration with other banking applications.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create and execute test cases, supporting UAT and validating system outputs.
• Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential: Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (retail, corporate, or treasury modules).
• Strong understanding of banking and treasury operations (payments, lending, deposits, FX, derivatives, settlements).
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst within financial services or banking.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Desirable Extras

• Experience with Bloomberg TOMS (Trade Order Management System).
• Project Management experience (leading initiatives, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders).
• System upgrades or migrations involving Oracle Flexcube.
• Familiarity with integration of third-party banking applications.
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Professional certifications (CBAP, PMP, ITIL).
