About the Role

High-impact roles focused on business analysis and systems design for software and cybersecurity projects. You will gather requirements, design IT architectures, create technical specifications, model processes, and ensure solutions perfectly match client needs. These positions are deliberately structured around SOC 2133 (IT business analysts, architects and systems designers) to take full advantage of the Immigration Salary List (ISL) reduced threshold.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and business analysis for 200k+ software/cybersecurity contracts

Design robust system architectures, data flows, and technical blueprints

Produce user stories, process models, use cases, and solution designs

Evaluate technical options, risks, and scalability

Work closely with developers to turn designs into reality

Support project planning, recruitment, training, and client presentations

Contribute to winning new business (500k pipeline)

Essential Requirements

3+ years proven experience in IT business analysis and/or systems architecture

Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills

Ability to produce clear system design diagrams and specifications

Excellent stakeholder communication in English

Portfolio/examples of past analysis or design work (links or PDFs required)

Bonus (not required)

Project management or Agile experience

Hands-on coding skills (C++, JavaScript, etc.)

Previous client-facing or contract-winning exposure

Salary & Sponsorship

Fixed starting salary: 33,400 per year (fully compliant with Immigration Salary List rules for SOC 2133)

UK/settled workers preferred

We are happy to sponsor outstanding overseas candidates under the Skilled Worker route at this ISL-reduced rate
