Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT business analysts, architects and systems designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep ability to analyse data effectively. The IT business analysts, architects and systems designer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that all systems are integrated seamlessly and meet the strategic goals of the organisation.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide advice on the effective utilisation of IT and design IT systems to meet the business objectives and to enhance the business effectiveness of the organisation. Provides advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments. Examines our existing business models and flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems to meet clients. Liaises with internal/external clients to analyse business procedure, clarify clients' requirements and to define the scope of existing software, hardware and network provision. Undertakes feasibility studies for major it developments incorporating costs and benefits. Communicates the impact of emerging technologies to our business and advises upon the potential introduction of such technology. Provides advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments. Examines existing business models and flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems to meet business needs. Researches, analyses, evaluates and monitors network infrastructure and performance. Work closely with the business, clients to implement new systems useful to our customers

Qualifications

Proven experience in an IT architecture role or similar position. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools, including R and Tableau. Experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies relevant to the role.
