The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to lead and maintain our Zoho CRM architecture, automations, and integrations. You will work closely with internal teams to design workflows, automate key processes, and ensure the CRM is tailored to business needs.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled and business-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems, improving digital systems, and creating scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business needs and translate them into functional CRM workflows Build and manage blueprints, custom modules, automations, and field mappings Create and maintain integrations with platforms such as OpenSolar, CloudTalk, WhatsApp API, Zoho Books, and Xero Automate reports and dashboards for department-specific KPIs Draft technical documentation and provide internal training for users Ensure CRM data compliance with GDPR and internal policies Collaborate with teams to streamline sales, operations, and customer workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (Zoho One ecosystem preferred) Proficiency in Deluge scripting and CRM customisation Strong understanding of business processes across sales, operations, and finance Excellent written and verbal English communication Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Right to work in the UK
Preferred:

Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Creator Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms and APIs Understanding of GDPR and CRM data security best practices Previous experience in the renewable energy, SaaS, or tech industries Project management or Agile delivery experience
