The Role
This is a brand-new position designed for someone with a natural instinct for opportunity. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing
IT contract takeovers and new managed service opportunities
within hotels and hospitality groups across the UK and beyond.
Working
directly with our Founder
, you'll help shape and grow this critical division, driving Siemlus' presence as the go-to MSP for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target hotels, groups, and operators seeking to review or replace existing IT service providers.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of IT opportunities (contract takeovers, renewals, and new projects).
Conduct discovery meetings with hotel General Managers, IT Directors, and Asset Owners to understand challenges and position Siemlus' IT offering.
Present Siemlus' capabilities, covering core MSP services such as:
Microsoft 365 management & licensing
RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management)
Endpoint detection & response
Active Directory management
Backup, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
Collaborate with the wider Siemlus team to prepare proposals, quotes, and onboarding plans.
Attend industry events and client meetings to represent the Siemlus brand.
Provide regular forecasting and sales reports to the Founder.
Work proactively and independently, managing time, travel, and communication efficiently.
About You
You're not just a salesperson -- you're a

. You're confident meeting people, asking questions, and uncovering opportunities others might miss. You understand what hotels expect from a trusted IT partner and can speak their language.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, ideally within an MSP or hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of MSP-based IT services (O365, RMM, AD, cybersecurity, cloud).
Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets.
Excellent time management, organisation, and forecasting skills.
Confident communicator -- both face-to-face and virtually.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
