Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing team to help support the growth of the business.

You will focus on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities along with maintaining our Customer base providing strong client relationships and understanding their IT needs.

You must have experience working in IT and have good knowledge of IT systems/ networks.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Identify and win new business across SME and enterprise sectors Promote IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored proposals Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding Attend networking events and stay ahead of industry trends

Required Skills/ Knowledge:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the Managed Service Provider industry Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies Confident communicator and skilled negotiator A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales and marketing inquiries. Develop sales opportunities via cold-calling, email, social media etc. Make outgoing cold calls to develop new business opportunities Excellent communication and telephone skills. A high level of professionalism and persistent attitude Ability to learn quickly the systems and services we provide Ability to schedule own workload, prioritising to meet business needs. Ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and organised. Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
It is essential you are well organised, good at time management, having the ability to work in a team and be a strong communicator.
