IT Business Partner - Insurance, UK wide with London travel, A large, respected insurance business is transforming at pace. With significant M&A, digital programs, system consolidations, and AI initiatives across the group, there's huge change happening, and they need an IT Business Partner with experience gained within large financial services organisations to bridge IT and the business.In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate IT changes across the organisation and manage the integration of IT systems and processes for acquired entities. You'll work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to operations.You'll will also support major transformation programmes, ensuring they are well set up, successfully adopted, and delivering real value in line with agreed business cases.We placed numerous people within this organisation, and the feedback from candidates has always been exceptional.
