As an IT Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will serve as the primary liaison between IT and designated business units, understanding their goals, processes, and challenges to recommend and deliver technology solutions that add value. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for IT teams. You will participate in strategic planning, provide guidance on technology trends, and ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or IT project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be facilitating cross-functional collaboration and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. You should possess a solid understanding of business processes, experience with digital transformation projects, and familiarity with IT governance and change management methodologies. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial for this role. Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus.
