Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join as a team of partners managing a growing and challenging business unit, The role will comprise of a technical business partner with exceptional communication skills.

Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and deliver suitable solutions.
Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technology solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues.

Do you have previous experience as a Project Manager & Business Analyst?Have you previously managed Senior Stakeholders if the business?
A successful IT Business Partner should have:

Proven experience in IT project management or business analysis.
Experience in API & EDI
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
