IT BUSINESS SUPPORT JUNIOR ?- Romford Nissan
RESPONSIBLE TO: IT DIRECTOR
The day-to-day role requires you to ensure that the company's user community and computer network are supported and users requests are responded to in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
First and Second line support for general IT tickets and support requests.
Assist other team members and user community with daily operational tasks as direct by the senior management team.
Effectively use remote technologies to solve user issues and, if required, visit the user to offer desk side support.
Promote a positive and professional attitude to all user and team interactions.
Assist with implementation projects either at Head Office or within the Glyn Hopkin Dealership estate.
Encourage and promote positive IT change within Glyn Hopkin.
Tasks as directed by the Senior IT Management Team.
PERFORMANCE GOALS
Issue Resolution and Ticket Management
Working with employees across the business to visit locations within the group if the problem is more serious.
Positive Attitude, Pro-Activity.
Maintain a neat personal appearance in accordance with company policy.
Handy location near Romford Station

Monday to Friday (08.30-17.30)
Rota shifts on weekends.
