Tandem Diabetes is a global leader in diabetes technology, and we are expanding our international operations across EMEA. The role contributes to the business systems roadmap, aligning technology with Tandem's strategic growth across EMEA. The IT Business Systems Manager is responsible for the management, support, and optimization of Tandem Diabetes' enterprise applications across international operations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Salesforce CRM. This role oversees day-to-day application support, manages vendor escalations, ensures systems meet business and regulatory requirements, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate processes into solutions while driving improvements and adoption of new technologies.

Location:

Remote (UK-based) | Occasional travel to Paddington (approx. once a week)


In this role you will contribute to the business systems roadmap, aligning technology with Tandem's strategic growth across EMEA. The IT Business Systems Manager is responsible for the management, support, and optimization of Tandem Diabetes' enterprise applications across international operations, with a focus on

Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Salesforce CRM

. This role oversees day-to-day application support, manages vendor escalations, ensures systems meet business and regulatory requirements, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate processes into solutions while driving improvements and adoption of new technologies.

What You're Day Will Look Like:



Lead

L1/L2 support operations

and manage

vendor escalations (L3)

to deliver best-in-class service. Own the

enterprise applications roadmap

, aligning systems with business and IT strategy. Champion

ITIL/ITSM processes

to deliver reliable, high-quality service and operational excellence. Collaborate with business teams to

translate healthcare and operational needs into system enhancements

. Manage

vendor relationships

, service reviews, and contract performance. Drive

automation and digital process improvements

to increase efficiency and compliance. Ensure systems adhere to

data privacy and healthcare regulations

(GDPR, HIPAA).

You Are Awesome At:



Highly experienced supporting

enterprise applications

in healthcare, med-tech, or other regulated industries. Strong technical knowledge of

Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain

and

Salesforce CRM

. Deep understanding of

ITIL / ITSM frameworks

and service delivery best practices. Proven success managing

integrations, cross-functional dependencies, and vendor escalations

. Analytical thinker with a passion for

process optimization and technology-driven improvement

. Excellent communication skills and the ability to

influence across global teams

.

Education & Certifications:



Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

ITIL Foundation certification

preferred.

Remote-first flexibility

, with collaborative in-person sessions in Paddington.
