Job Description
GlobalLogic have a new contract role, working Inside IR35 for an initial 6 months. We are looking for an IT Configuration Management Lead to run the Asset and Configuration Management function and work closely with the Global Head of IT Service Management
Whilst we expect that this will be a fully remote role, we would also be looking for candidates who are willing to travel as and when needed
Key Skills and experience to include:
- Proven management skills and experience in various roles, (eg technology and business operations) leading dynamic organizations
- 10+ years (or equivalent experience) of proven and progressive experience incorporating service management principles and asset/config management in particular
- 5+ years (or equivalent experience) managing Technology Service Management teams and processes
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with senior and external regulatory personnel
- Ability to make recommendations to upper management, based both on subjective and objective information - consulting skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Experience in managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills, preferably in a Matrix functional environment
