We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT technician to join an established and industry leading homeware company. We are looking for an individual who not only has the technical aspects but also comes across well and is keen to progress themselves.

Due to continued expansion and growth, we are looking to recruit a professional, motivated and outgoing individual to work as an IT Consultant Assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining IT systems User account management within Windows AD / Azure AD Support and maintain Microsoft 365 Environment. General hardware support (including Mobile Scanners & Printers) Liaising with internal departments and 3rd parties to resolve IT issues or improvements. Recommending IT Related products or equipment to improve company productivity.
Besides your day-to-day activities, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in projects and innovate. You will be a key part of a busy team and thrive in delivering high-quality results and always be on the lookout for improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 26,000 to 28,000 per year.
