We are seeking an IT Technical Assistant to join our Service Desk team. Working within our Service Desk providing a professional and friendly customer service experience for users of the IT Services across multiple sites aligned with ITIL 4 Framework. Methodical thinking with the ability to engage others. This will be a hands-on role providing 1st line triage and troubleshooting support to Connexus colleagues working in a multitude of different roles.
