We seek a highly skilled IT consultant at Zynx Technologies Ltd as an experienced professional, you will be working with our team to analyse existing technology systems and identify areas for optimisation - to boost the team's productivity, enhance security and help them achieve their targets. You'll also provide expertise about the digital landscape and help improve a company's technological infrastructure and products development.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of clients' existing IT systems and processes. Develop and implement customised IT solutions for clients, including hardware and software recommendations, network architecture and cybersecurity measures. Understand customer requirements and business objectives Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals Train users in new and existing IT systems Analyzing and determining security threats. Providing advice on technology best practices. Collaborating with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with technology. Training staff to use the new IT system. Monitoring the success of IT solutions. Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses. Record and maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company. Develop and foster relationships with vendors and other technology partners.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Information technology mandatory. 6+ years of experience as an IT consultant, preferably in a technology-based firm. Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. Experience in business development, proposal creation, and securing client engagements. Experience with cloud computing and virtualisation technologies. Ability to troubleshoot hardware,software and network problems. Experience with various operating systems and databases. Cybersecurity skills. Understanding of network protocols. Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux etc. Understanding of cloud computing, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Ability to lead a team, work independently or collaborate between multiple units. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude. Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud computing, server management, and software solutions. Solid understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data protection best practices. Experience as a technical consultant in a related industry. Ability to conduct in-house training to increase end-user proficiency. Ability to ensure optimal system functionality by monitoring performance metrics.
