You will join our Corporate Services team to provide proactive management and reactive support for backend IT Infrastructure and cloud services. The successful candidate will also be involved in projects that enhance or maintain IT.

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

  • Providing service management such as incident resolution, change implementation (new functionalities) & maintenance activities
  • System Administration of Microsoft M365 services, including M365 Apps, Intune, SharePoint online and/or on-premises, MS Teams, MS Exchange hybrid, and monitoring
  • Server commissioning and decommissioning
  • Workstation commissioning
  • Support up to third line
  • Systems administration of Windows servers
  • Network monitoring and administration
  • SharePoint 2016 administration and maintenance
  • Wireless Networks administration, configuration new devices and updates
  • Microsoft Power Platform administration
As a Senior IT Engineer you should be used to:
  • Working in customer environments in a matrix managed team
  • Being able to work independently as well as part of a team
Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
  • Degree or Higher Education qualification is desirable
  • Industry certifications will be beneficial
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • At least 10+ years in an IT related role
  • VMWare
  • Linux & Windows
  • Active Directory
  • WSUS
  • Remote desktop services
  • Microsoft Power Platform administration
  • Firewall administration
